Michael Jackson MRC, CRC, CESP
Executive Director
Michael has over fifteen years of experience in the Human Services field. During this time, he has worked with over 100 consumers throughout Wisconsin. Michael strives to implement effective strategies to help organizational growth and offer a variety of opportunities for individuals with disabilities to connect with their communities. He continues to drive consumers to meet their goals and ensure the best possible opportunities for all to grow and achieve greatness each day.
Michael graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. Michael maintains a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor status with the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification and a Certified Employment Support Professional Certification with the Association for Persons in Supported Employment.

Erin Booth-O'Rear
Managing Director
Erin has been with Catapult Independence Associates since 2018, but has over twenty
years of human services experience ranging from direct care to adults and children with disabilities, to managing juvenile detention. Currently Erin matches individuals with disabilities to work opportunities that actually resonate with their passion and needs and not just employ her consumers. Erin prides herself in going the extra mile to advocate for her consumers with her unique and tailored approach.
